artist selection guidelines

Artist inquires are accepted on a continual rolling basis. We are always looking for instructors and performing artists who provide unique and exciting offerings to showcase at Arthouse. We take into consideration how each class or performance fits into our overall programming in order to provide a wide range of quality offerings.

set-up

Each artist is responsible for set-up and clean-up at the end of their class. The space(s) utilized by the artist should be left the same way that they found it.

Cancellation policy

If a class has less than three people registered, it is at the discretion of the artist and Arthouse to cancel said class. If a class has three or more registrations, we ask that the artist follow through with teaching the class, as we would like to create consistency with guests and students.

noise level ordinance

Any class or performance must adhere to the town-wide ordinance that the sound may not be louder than that of a lawn mower at the property line.

Hazardous Materials

Noxious chemicals, spray paints, etc are not allowed inside Arthouse.
